Find childcare in
Lucan, Clondalkin & Kildare.
Compare every Tusla-registered provider, run the live subsidy calculator, and keep track of every enquiry in one place.
Get a practical starting list.
Choose the basics and this will filter the directory into a smaller action list. It does not know live vacancies, so use it to decide who to contact first.
Tip: start with one area, then add providers to your to-do list as you contact them.

Built by a parent,
for every parent.
When my daughter was born I had to find childcare quickly, navigate four different subsidy schemes, and still work out whether going back to work even made financial sense. There was no single place that answered all of that.
I paid more than half my salary in childcare. Finding a place I could actually reach felt like a second job. So I built the tool I wished had existed: one page covering Lucan, Clondalkin and the Kildare towns near Lucan, including Maynooth, Celbridge, Leixlip, Kilcock, Naas and surrounds, with real subsidy maths and no nonsense.
It's free, it has no ads, and it always will be. If you're a parent in another part of Ireland, the source code is open so you can fork it for your area.

Fees shown are market-rate estimates from the Tusla Early Years Register and direct research (April 2026). They are not personalised to your income. Your actual cost depends on NCS subsidy, ECCE eligibility, and Core Funding participation. See the subsidy guide on this page for a breakdown.
What will it actually cost?
